Lined Pulsation Dampeners for Sludge and Slurry / Peristaltic Pumps

PipeHugger low pressure lined pulsation dampeners for liquid compatibility. Replaceable elastomer lining - Same material as bladder. The low cost answer to special high cost materials. Or use for the safety of metal but plastic wetted. PipeHugger LP Lined with the same elastomer as the bladder is a cost saver where plastic would be dangerous and the compatible metal is expensive. Only one small insert of special material, Tantalum, Zirconium etc. is necessary. The flange face on the end of LND/PeG is also provided with a FNPT thread.

LP PipeHugger PeG - Pressure pulse damping & flow fluctuation removal for the CPI. 8:1 diameter ratio pipe: shell ensure damping. Low pressure and suction acceleration head loss. Light weight, requires no supports. Over 1,000 in inventory. (BELOW: Elastomer Lining + Exotic metal or plastic connection block.)
